Who We Are
Julie is a 5th generation San Franciscan and a high energy writer and communications strategist with more than 15 years of experience in writing technical and marketing content for leading companies including British Telecom, RingCentral, and Microsoft. She has developed award-winning programs and campaigns and delights in the opportunity to help businesses achieve new levels of success through smart communications and strategies.
She is a frequent contributor to many leading publications including the U.S. News and World Report, Young Money, and TMCnet. She also mentors entrepreneurs on how to market and promote their businesses. She has appeared on CNN, Good Morning America, and Fox Business News – providing expert advice on entrepreneurship, marketing, and outsourcing. She was named a “Greatest Person of the Day” by Huffington Post and writes two personal blogs – The Entrepreneurial Mom and One California Family. In her free time, she loves being a mom to her two boys, cooking, traveling, hiking, and spinning her collection of vinyl LPs.
Mary has worked as a corporate training and enablement professional for more than 15 years. Her last 15 years were spent working her way up the corporate ladder at Accenture. During that time, she managed a global internal call center, implemented large scale learning management training systems, and developed, managed, and implemented global communications materials for the company’s Learning Management System.
A child of Polish immigrants, Mary was born in Rome, Italy, grew up in S. Orange, New Jersey, and spent too many years in the snowy suburbs of Chicago, Illinois. Mary, her husband, 8 year old twins, and two cats now call Scottsdale, Arizona home. When she’s not working, she enjoys traveling, 80s pop culture, shopping for bargains, and spending time with friends and family.
